Pentax claim that the new camera will work at 3 FPS until the SD card (size unspecified) is full. However the new rechargeable battery only does 500 shots.
With the new camera my battery will give out long before the 2GB card fills up. In the good old days my CRV3 batteries did three times that number of exposures in the DS.
