There's already such a camera in K mount. Ricoh made a KR-10 with a 
solar panel back in the 80's.

Solar power simply doesn't have enough energy density to power a modern 
camera from cells on the camera or the person.

Now a charging station on a car or man-portable should be doable, and 
likely can be assembled from parts.
