In order of "bang for the buck" I'd expect them to be:

1) More memory ... get to at least 1GB if you do much Photoshop type stuff

2) Faster FSB

3) Faster CPU

Unless you're doing fancy compute-intensive stuff like gnarly Photoshop
filters or 3D ray tracing or heavy duty games.  In that case, reversing
the list above might be more effective.

But for $85 how far wrong can you go?  You can always put more memory in
afterwards ... in fact, if you go to an 800 MHz FSB, you'll probably
have to upgrade your memory to take advantage of the increased bus speed.
