I've never used that lens however I did some quick research and
here's what I've found out. It was manufactured sometime between
1960 and the early eighty's you don't mention the mount but if it's
k-mount then early eighty's by default. Manufacturer might be
Hoya or Tokina. Original list price $90.00. US so I would say a street
price between $45.00 to $60.00 at than time. Current
list price if it were still made, (allowing for inflation), would be
about 2.75 times the old price. On e-bay these things don't really go
for much, they don't have any cachet so I wouldn't expect it to sell
for much more than you paid for it plus shipping and handling. I'd list
it with a starting bid of $10 and a reserve of $15 and hope to get $20.

Optical qualities however would probably be in the not too bad range so you
might want to use it yourself if you lens collection is lacking area.

The diopters are an interesting case. They are probably only single element,
so they will likely throw off the color correction on any lens you use them
on, leading to color fringing, or in the case of B&W film a slight doubling
of the image. I've never been very happy with any images I've taken with
the one's that I have. Other people I know have been quite happy with them
so you never know.
