The post that you are referring to was nothing more than wishful thinking on the part of the poster I believe, generally the home market has distribution priority from what I understand. I can fully believe that they have excessive pre-orders, it will be interesting to see how they handle it and whether they can actually manage to ship stock before Christmas.
