I cant buy what they don't sell anymore. Resale value of lenses is of no importance to Pentax. They benefit only when a lens becomes obsolete in use, and gets replaced with a new one that is not obsolete. If that obsolete lens gets resold, they don't see any of that money. Since you apparently have never bought a new Pentax lens, you cannot call yourself part of their customer base, as you have never been a customer. Therefore you have no right to demand support from them.
