No, you're a Pentax User, not a Pentax Customer. Customers buy gear from Pentax, users use stuff that says Pentax. If you buy all your gear used, you are a User, not a Customer.
And Pentax could care less about you. They care only about Customers, because their business is to sell kit to them. Users are at best advertising, at worst extra noise and hassle. I'm a Pentax Customer, a Nikon Customer and a Canon Customer (Although I doubt Canon really cares about the 2 50mm f1.8 II's I've bought from them). I'm a Mamiya, Ricoh, Vivitar and Chinon user, and it's not likely I'll ever be their customer (None of them sell gear I'd be interested in anymore, and Chinon is a dead brand). -Adam J. C.
