Based on the shots I've seen from Steady, I've almost bitten the
bullet several times.  Would make a reasonable set with my DA 16-45.

Like you, I am really interested in the two new zooms - they seem like
a really good pair, based on what we know so far.  We could be
surprised at how much they cost, though.  I'm thinking they could be
quite pricey and rival the optical quality of the FA* 80-200/2.8 (at
least I hope).
