Walter,

I would not cancel the K10D order because of this. Write Pentax in
Japan. I think this is a very effective strategy. I asked Pentax USA
for a box for an MZ-S and offered to pay for it, they balked. I got on a
website for Pentax in Japan and explained that I wanted a box for my
MZ-S and they got Pentax in Colorado to send me one. It was like
speaking to the right general. Unfortunately, I could not read any of
the language on the the Japanese site but managed to write my plea in a
"comments box" with my name address, etc. Things moved very fast after
that and I was a very, very satisfied customer and still am. Little
things like this do matter.

Hope this helps,

Robert
