You're on Mac OS X, right? I'm using v10.4.8. Once you've clicked the "print" button in the Photoshop "Print with Preview..." dialog, the next dialog is provided by the Epson R2400 print driver. You should see in the bottom menu a "Summary" item. Check in there for Print Settings ... it should tell you Version 2.53 for the latest version of the R2400 print driver:
