Exactly as you see it. Printing is a fully color-managed process this  
way, rather than exercising the print driver's adjustments for B&W  
rendering. (I'd rather do my adjustments in Photoshop where I have  
finer grained controls at my disposal, and let Photoshop and the  
print driver figure out how to do the output automatically as much as  
possible.)
