Hmm. I've done a good bit of low-light coffee shop type photos (my brother's a musician...) and never used much more than ASA 800 or 1000 in film. ISO 1600 on the DS is a huge bonus to me: both speed and quality. In near two years of using the DS bodies, and a couple ten thousand exposures total, I have somewhere around 40 exposures made at ISO 3200.
I plan to keep the DS bodies for at least a while after the K10D gets in. They're smaller, lighter, and still very good working equipment for my photography. I might spring one loose when/if I get a second K10D body as backup. Godfrey On Oct 31, 2006, at 3:06 PM, Paul Stenquist wrote: > True. SR won't help if the subject moves.
