You've caught a great moment with very cool lighting on her.  I'm not
quite as thrilled about the blown out windows around her or the object
to her left that is quite OOF, but the shot is nice nonetheless.

I did play around with a crop that took those elements out - undecided
on how much it damages the  context vs. removing distracting elements.
