The unevenness of the streak, and the fact that it runs along the
horizontal reminds me of a smear that may have occurred during squeegee
or drying process. It obviously did not affect development, and since
it's not very straight - I doubt it was a chemical level problem in the
tank. Do you use a wetting agent? Do you have a good film squeegee?
Is it possible the emulsion may have been soft and damaged by it when
you swiped it before drying? Wetting agents themselves can streak like
that if you don't get the film squeegeed pretty evenly.

Any suggestions as to what may have caused this would be appreciated.
BTW, I was wearing a watch with "glow in the dark" hands while loading
this roll.
