I noticed these streaks when I took the film off the spool, after rinsing
and prior to soaking in Photo-Flo. It obviously happened sometime during
development. It was developed in Xtol for 9 3/4 minutes at 72 degrees, stop
bath for ~1 minute, and fixed for ~8 minutes in normal, not rapid, fixer
