No metering. My strobes were in a fixed position, and after using them for four 
or five years, I can usually guess the exposure. Then, I just shoot a frame at 
the stop I want to use, have a look at the image and histogram and adjust the 
strobe power as necessary. I avoided moving the lights as much as possible, so 
I wouldn't have to recheck exposure. I love having an lcd that actually gives 
you a good look at the shot. I also like being able to view separate histograms 
for each rgb color.
