Yeah agreed, the doors are much nicer than the *istD ones.

Me too. Especially with no finger nails (yes, I know biting nails is a bad
habit), I basically can't open them without using something to get in under
them...

> It sure is fast.

Yep. And its fast too.

With the K setting and GM / BA fine adjust stuff? Yeah. Though as I shoot
RAW all the time, I'm not that fussed by in camera WB stuff.

> I miss not having a PC socket.

I would've liked this for completeness, but then I can't say I really used
the one on the *istD, so its probably not a huge deal for me (I don't do any
studio stuff anyway).

Coming from the *istD ones, I do find them a little harder to reach both in
a comfortable fashion. As you say though, probably a matter of getting used
to it.

> I like how customizable the camera is.

Yeah. Though there are a few things I wish were more customizable, but you
can't have everything. The User setting is handy, but three User settins
would've been nice... theres space on the dial.

Format? really? I'm curious, in what situation do you find yourself
wanting this - I almost never format my card.

Yeah. I see the old Remote Assistant doesn't seem to work with it. I guess
we'll get an update.

Wouldn't it. That'd be enough for me to buy an AF540FGZ myself. As it is,
I'll stick with my (non-PTTL) Metz.
