Even as the former editor of a darkroom magazine, I must agree with this.
For color printmaking at home, the best tools are plentiful RAM, some
version of Photoshop, a scanner or digicam, and a dye sub printer such as
the Olympus P400 or an inkjet printer such as the Epson 1280 or Canon Bubble
Jet S800.
