Perhaps it's a Photoshop problem. I already gave up. I cut it up into  
four pieces and printed them as 10.6 by 18 prints. I'm matting them  
and framing them individually. The cost of the frame and the mat for  
a 10.6 by 72 would probably have been prohibitive anyway.
