Not me, but then I haven't purchased a K10D yet. :-) In general extended
warranties are scams. I always ask the salesperson (if offered a warranty
on something) whether they expect the product to fail.

SP: Would you like to purchase the extended warranty plan, blah, blah, $150
blah, instant replacement, blah?

Me: Why, do you think it's going to break?

SP: No, but you never know.

Me: Well if it's going to break before it's outdated by a newer product and
outlived it's useful life, maybe I shouldn't buy it then.

SP: No, I don't think it's going to break, but it gives you peace of mind if
it does.

Me: No thank you.

It's just another kind of insurance, and quite frankly I'm tired of sinking
money down the insurance drain. Life, health, auto, home, yes, for things
that really matter. 95% of the time the company is making far more money on
the insurance, than they are on the product they are selling.
