Thanks.  While I tend to trust what has been written, I have a tendency to 
not want to send an original full res version halfway around the world where 
I could lose control of it and never know.

OTOH, the fact that the person is asking for permission  is a good thing, 
n'est pas?

Do you have any idea what she was likely trying to convey with the words 
"delivery of printed material for investors"?
