There's something wrong with your installation of Photoshop CS2. My system: Mac OS X v10.4.8 Photoshop CS2 v9.0.2 Camera Raw v3.6
-Open .DNG file direct from camera -Make settings -Save as button permits TIFF, PSD, JPEG, etc outputs through the dialog and popup menu.
