I've been wondering why some of the photos I processed with Lightroom seemed dull and needed sprucing up on contrast and saturation when I went to print them or looked at them in Photoshop.
Suddenly, it came to me: I was editing in Lightroom's default black and gray backgrounds. My print mattes and web page surrounds are always white. I changed the Lightroom default to white and, bingo! Exported photos looked at in Photoshop now look right again. A small thing, but it points out the huge importance of the surrounding environment when you're editing a photograph... enjoy Godfrey -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
