Joe, With all due respect, I'm absolutely certain that Ned Bunnell has seen the twenty bazillion messages and appeals to him directly about this and every other little complaint that have floated through DPReview.com and through personal email in the past week.
I have no doubt that Pentax will address whatever problems might be possible to address. Patience is important ... It takes time to implement a fix even if you know what the problem is.
