wikipedia mentions one more, "ringworld's children" (2004). i guess
i'll get all of them. :) actually, i kind of stopped reading SF
sometime early 90s (but it was an extended binge while it lasted) but
quite by accident happened to reread robert sheckley's 'mindswap'
very recently and i am afraid it's going to be another extended
session. :)
