All good information and appreciated. The AF setting was a result of a
reference to AF.S comments in connection with the bracketing
instruction in the manual. I was not making the AF vs Exposure
distinction when referencing it earlier.
Yes, I'm into both the bracketing and continuous mode setting
procedures. Drive mode was my first thought.
I can imagine a "bouncing" effect if the shutter were too lightly
pressed/held, but whether the bounce would be able to re-set it is
another question.
I'll be aware of my shutter release pressure..at least for awhile.
