Hi Jostein... If I might, perhaps we (here in the US) are pretty much of a Kismet frame of mind about all this... The world forces causing all this are SO huge, and whatever 'engine' that drives all the weather is so massive, I suspect most of us realize how puny we, as humans, are to be able to bring about very much in the way of changes. Much literature has been written about the last several centuries of better and some much worse global weather than we are presently looking at, and to think that we humans can have significant effect is massive hubris! That it makes us feel better when we actively DO something is perhaps the best part of it ~ psychologically speaking... I guess a lot of people think that if we sign the Kyoto treaty, all will magically be well again? Well, as you said, that has been bandied about pretty well here, and little of what I say will change anything at all. Just adding a couple of comments of my own. keith whaley -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
