When I first moved up here the farmers were butchering their cattle because after a decade long drought even the wells were going dry and they could not water them. Then we had 3 years of flooding and 50mph winds. The past year has been rather benign. Will Rogers said it rather well, "If you don't like the weather, just wait a minute and it will change."
