Casa Øsleby is not a house really, it is more an everlasting project.
We live in a small town south from Tel Aviv. Recently I've been told that there is a forecast where it says that in 20 years since now the Negev Desert will advance North so as to cover town of Kiryat Gat, which is just 20 or so kilometers south from us. As it is now, it is quite unpleasantly too hot in summer, but if the desert will come that close, it will be probably unbearable for us. Tim, I wish your house and your community many prosperous years without any need to build a wave breaker.
