Nicotine is a potent neurotoxin. Growing any plant that contains nicotine should be outlawed forthwith!! Possession of more than 36 grams should automatically establish intent to sell, with a 25 year sentence on conviction. Hell, that stuff is damned near as dangerous as tylenol.
