Hi all,
I've been given (told I'm going to do!) an assignement.
The local Red Cross is running a large flower display this
weekend and they've asked yours truly to "do some photos" at the
preview on Thursday evening.
I know they would probably be happy with a blind person running
around snapping randomly with a digital P&S, but I would like to
do a little better than that.
Details: Indoors, unknown lighting, but in one of our many
castles so likely to be gloomy unless specially lit. Unknown
size/colour of displays. Have available Zoom 90 WR (got your
maunal yet, Bill?), Z1-p, AF280T & 200T with hot shoe grips and
connectors, lenses from 16mm to 500mm & AF1.7x, including
24-35mm and 90mm Macro. Tripod, monopod. Assistant.
Any ideas on film? I plan on using print film for the exposure
latitude, which I will scan to CD eventually. Being a perverse
sod, I keep getting thoughts of doing it in B&W......
I use the no-mail option, so could you please reply with a cc to
my address, as anything you post will not show up on the
archives until Thursday.
Many thanks in anticipation,
mike
