Never said it was so much better, but here in the Detroit area we hear horror stories about Canadians having to wait for years in the case of specific medical procedures. Also hear of Canadians coming to the U S of A for treatment they can't get in Canada. Also, show up in an American hospital and you will get treated regardless of insurance or not.
