... I finally decided that the DA70/2.4 Limited was a better pick for me than the FA77/1.8 Limited. The shorter focal length and QuickShift focus are what have drawn me this way, coupled with an extensive array of photos that compared them in which I decided that, aside from focal length considerations, the rendering quality is as near identical as it can get. The difference in maximum aperture is not an issue for me, and I'm liking the notion of its reduced size and weight as well.
