I agree with you.  I just got off the phone with the service dept, and
apparently they cannot give quotes over the phone.  But they will get
to keep it for 15 to 20 bussiness days :(  But she also did tell me
that after I get it back from OEM service, it comes with a
brand-spanking-new one year warrany, so that is nice.
