Succes! I managed to clean this little gem and now it's fungus free. Ordered a spanner wrench through ebay and got some Schroder PH0, PH00 and PH000 screwdrivers. Nobody in Europe sells JIS screwdrivers and my Schroder screwdriver set fits perfectly. The lens was completely disassembled and I learned I didn't need a spanner wrench at all. All the glass surfaces are accessible when disassembling the front part. Working on the K mount with all the tiny parts was a nightmare.
