There is no guarantee that a replacement body will not have 1 or more
hot/stuck pixels.

My *istD had 3 when I got it, & I didn't notice them until I did a
specific hot pixel test. I exclusively shoot RAW so it's never been an
issue.

Out of the 10 million plus photo sites on the K10D's CCD
(technologically, quite a bit different to an LCD), if only 1 is
faulty your in pretty good shape.
