You might want to try printing something NOT using profiles and just 
letting the print driver determine colors etc. If you still get 
significant color problems then it would suggest that something is 
malfunctioning in the printer. If it comes out reasonably OK, then you 
can figure it's a software / driver / profile problem.

FWIW - I got a shot all prepped and ready yesterday. Ran a test print on 
Enhanced matte paper, and it looked great. Ran a print on velvet Fine 
Art Paper - changed the output profile in PS - at it sucked. Came out in 
shades of blue / green. I went through everything, all the settings, 
changed nothing, ran another print on the VFA paper, and it looked fine. 
Gremlins? Who knows...
