I've noticed that ALL sellers I've dealt with wait unti I've left feedback before they will. I consider it to be feedback blackmail in a way. You know that you will get negative feedback if you leave negative feedback.
On the three occasions I've sold something, I've made a point to leave feedback as soon as the buyer has completed his part of the transaction...ie, paid.
