I completely agree with Godfrey's recommendation of "Real World Camera Raw" By 
Bruce Fraser (even though I don't have CS2).  It's a bargain at its full price 
but I recently picked up a second hand copy through Amazon and got it airmailed 
to Australia for under $20 total. 

Grab a copy - you wont regret it.
