Having said this, I also don't think the breed in general is especially stable. It was an amazing display. I saw an absolutelu amazing Golden at our trial this weekend. The dog was a smallish male, only two years old, and already working for his Utility Dog. I've never seen a more focussed and eager dog than this one. It's still possible to get good ones, but I am afraid it is going to get harder and harder.
