You should try the tactics of a certain Sky News reporter (who shall remain nameless) when confronted with a cyclist on the pavement (sidewalk). In a thick Irish brogue as he literally grabs them by the scruff of the neck: "Get off that fucken pavement you fucken eejit. People are walken here, can't you fucken see that?
