The V-3 gun was somewhat smaller than the Bull guns like Project
Babylon. The Bull guns were designed as an alternate method of orbiting
small satellites and were intended to be much larger and longer ranged
(750km or LEO for the smaller 'Baby Babylon' gun)than the comparatively
small and short ranged V-3.

Bull did build a couple of smaller test guns, but never did finish a
full-up implementation of his design.
