Well, I've put both of my FA Limiteds (77 and 43) on the auction
block. I figure I can make some money on at least the 77 (especially
since it's black... those seem to be popular), and probably make a
bit on the 43. I'm finally deciding that I'm not shooting film often
enough (I've got a roll in each of my film bodies that's been there
for months), and the likelihood of that increasing is quite slim. I
don't think I've ever actually used my FA77 on my film bodies!! :)

So I was checking Canadian online shops for price of DA primes (70,
mostly), and I see on the Camera Canada website that Pentax Canada
only has 1 FA77 left in stock. I haven't heard any word about the
lens going out of production, but I know that Dave Brooks has been
waiting (impatiently?) for his to arrive for months now...

Immediately, i feel reservations about selling my FA77 - but as I've
been watching GDG's musings about equipment, I'm aware that it's only
equipment. I just wonder if it's not wiser to hold onto the lens and
sell it later! :)
