Winter's finally here, (it was more than cold enough for winter before, 
but finally ice and snow).  I decided to make a short pilgrimage to the  
Essex Steam RR to get a few more shots of the disabled locomotive, (and 
stop at a couple of other more or less photogenic locations as well.  
The result is this:

Pentax *ist-Ds ISO 200 @ 1/20 sec
smc Pentax FA 20-35 f4.0 AL @ f5.6 & 20mm

Notes:  I wanted an old time feeling for this so I did a bit of 
manipulation.  First the base image was converted to B&W using 
Fotomatic's B&W+ with a green filter applied.  I then added a grain 
layer, an imitation corner vignette, (the 20-35 is just to good to do 
that for me), added my homemade 35mm sprocket frame, then an imitation 
Platinum Tone.
