Sorry, but it doesn't look like IR to me. It looks like heightened tonal values on green foliage... ;-) I may be a bit of a stick in the mud about this, but IR photography captures IR light: I've never found it reproducible by simulation. I did quite a bit of IR work in and around 2002-2003, it seemed to be quite a fad at that time in the Sony F7x7 community because of that camera's ease in doing IR work, but ultimately it became kinda gimmicky looking.
