Working with v1.0 ... I installed on the PowerMac G5 and let it ingest and update the Lightroom v4.1 beta library. That's 28,000 photo files to date, added incrementally. It took about 3 hours. I had some minor issues ... one file missing (I'd deleted the temp directory it was in some weeks ago), and for a little bit the Grid mode wouldn't show thumbnails in the expanded mode (setting the View Options to defaults and saving that fixed it). Other than the occasional pause as it generates standard and 1:1 previews, it runs very nicely on this system
