There are millions of M42 lenses actually owned by people. I dont have any cost numbers, but I am talking about a modification of a current design licensed or something & just adding the lens M42 pin actuator instead of the kmount lens lever actuator. this would NOT be designing an entirely new DSLR camera from scratch. The metering would be identical to the GB now on KM lenses for Pentax DSLRs except pushing a M42 lens pin instead of pushing a K lens lever. jco
