You would probably end up paying the full upgrade fee for CS3, though I have no personal experience with such an upgrade. It's been my experience that software companies usually don't cut people breaks in situations like that. I'm not sure if they'll let you do a 2-version upgrade, but you might be able to upgrade the PS7 from your PC to CS2 on the mac, and then do another upgrade to CS3 on the mac.
