I just ordered my copy of LR from our local Adobe reseller. Just out of curiosity, I am asked about how much time of support do I get. The answer was "3 months, but we're there later on", said the representative. Is that the same in your country?
It should arrive tomorrow to my office in Tel Aviv... By the way I was asked to delete whatever I have now on my computer and re-install it from the disk that they will give to me...
