When I switched to Canon a couple years back, the thing I had the most trouble with was mounting lenses.
I was /constantly/ trying to release the lens with the right hand in shooting position. Since then I've adjusted to the Canon Way. But Pentax's sure ruled for speed and intuitiveness. Oh and no. I've never accidentally unmounted a lens whilst shooting.
